As one of Unity Technology’s futurists, Mike Ray has been on the cutting edge of innovation for the last several decades including working to create a real-time economy, aka The Metaverse, Web 3.0, Industry 4.0 based upon context.

Mike’s global career spans more than 25 years with leadership roles in innovation and design, to production and delivery. He has been a strategy consultant, technical fellow, leadership executive, and marketing advisor. Mike has worked across a variety of industries including automotive, aerospace and defense, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, information and technology, energy, and motorsports. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Systems Engineering from Dalhousie University, Halifax Canada.
